Prepare mortgage rate and fee estimates with this intuitive "Mortgage Office On The Go" for MLO. Consumers can use the app for quick payment calculations using the ”Quick Calculator” and comparing two different loan options using “Compare Two Loans”. Everyone can share the data generated with this app via email or text as an attachment. It’s Fast, Friendly and Easy to use. Interest Rate and Lock Guidance - The LoanQConnect app has a built-in mortgage interest rate publication tab. There is news and data from the renowned Charles Nenner Research Center about the 10 and 30 year US Treasury bonds and the ETF symbol TLT for rate lock timing and directional movement information. This news is updated on an ongoing basis with a “Breaking News” flash via “Push Notifications” when appropriate (which is easily disabled) or the app "Rates" navigation tab. The interest rate news allows borrowers and MLO’s to achieve better rate lock results through timing and help manage mortgage rate expectations. Users can see where interest rate trends are headed w/ data from the Charles Nenner Research Center.
