Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew from your iTunes Account settings. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal when the purchase is confirmed.
