Loop In: Share Events

Loop In turns one sentence into a Google Calendar event — and invites the people who need to know.

Type or dictate something like “Dentist Thursday at 3:30, remind me an hour before” or “Dinner with Jen Saturday at 7 at Rosa’s, invite Judith.” Loop In fills in the date, time, place, guests and reminders, shows you everything to check, and sends the invitations from your own Google account.

MADE FOR FAMILIES AND BUSY PEOPLE
• Save the people you invite most — say “invite Judith” and Loop In knows her email.
• Choose who’s invited by default, or say “just me.”
• Everyone you invite gets a normal Google Calendar invitation, even if they don’t use Loop In.

SEE WHAT YOU’VE SHARED
• The Events tab lists the events you’ve sent, with who’s coming.
• Events other Loop In users send you show up too — reply Yes, Maybe or No right in the app.
• Tag appointments as Personal and filter personal vs. work.

PLAN YOUR WEEK
• Keep a simple to-do list, with due dates and reminders.
• Plan a handful of to-dos for each Monday–Sunday week and watch your progress.
• A Sunday-evening reminder nudges you to plan the week ahead.

REMINDERS YOUR WAY
• Loop In reminders on your iPhone and iPad, plus Google Calendar alerts.
• Your people, defaults and tasks sync between your devices with iCloud.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics.

• Event text is used only to understand your request and isn’t stored.
