Use built-in resets like breathing, grounding, movement, cold reset, and naming what’s happening — or add your own.

• Optional Body-Aware mode
Body-Aware is free during the app beta and can use Apple Health data, with your permission, to add helpful context to check-ins. This data never leaves your phone.

• Local-first privacy
Your check-ins, toolkit history, notes, and Apple Health-derived Body-Aware baseline stay on your device. Loop Breaker does not require an account.
