Most weight loss includes some muscle. How much depends on what you do about protein, resistance training, and sleep. Lucerya tracks all three alongside your weight, then tells you what the patterns mean in plain language.
WHAT LUCERYA DOES
Every day, Lucerya reads your logged data and writes a short narrative about what it sees. Not a score. Not a streak. A few sentences about where you are and what to focus on today.
Some days the message is encouraging. Some days it tells you something you might not want to hear. It does both calmly.
At the end of each week, Lucerya writes a weekly review. The shape of your week in numbers and in words. What worked, what slipped, and what to watch next week.
WHAT YOU TRACK
Protein. Log whether you hit your protein floor each day. Lucerya calculates your floor based on your body weight and goals.
Weight. Step on the scale when you can. Lucerya watches the trend, not the daily number.
Resistance training. Log your sessions. Even two days a week changes what happens to your muscle during weight loss.
Sleep. Lucerya reads your sleep data from Apple Health. Short sleep and appetite are connected, and Lucerya will notice when that pattern shows up.
Symptoms. Nausea, fatigue, constipation, headache. Common on GLP-1 medications, worth tracking, and Lucerya factors them into your daily narrative.
HOW IT WORKS
Lucerya runs a pattern-recognition engine on your device. Your data never leaves your phone. There is no account, no cloud sync, no server. Everything stays local.
The engine evaluates your recent data against a set of rules and selects the most relevant observation for your current situation. The result is a short, specific narrative written for you, not a generic tip.

Lucerya is not a medical app. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace your physician. It provides general fitness and nutrition insights to help you make informed decisions during your weight loss journey.
SUBSCRIPTION
Lucerya requires a subscription after a 7-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
