Lumo Browser

Lumo is a browser for phones, tablets and foldables. On a tablet or an unfolded foldable, pages load as their full desktop versions — the whole site, not a phone layout. On a phone, pages load in their mobile versions and fill the screen, with the controls where your thumb is. Beside the page is an assistant that has already read it: ask it something, or have it do the work.

AT HOME ON EVERY SCREEN
· Tablet and unfolded foldable: a sidebar beside the page, a toolbar on top, side panels and two pages side by side
· Phone and folded foldable: the address bar and buttons at the bottom, a sidebar that slides out from the left edge, panels that rise from below
· Fold or unfold and the layout follows without reloading the page
· Choose the desktop or mobile version for any single site, on that device only
· Right-click menus, link hover, keyboard shortcuts; trackpad and mouse scrolling ride the system's own path
· Per-site zoom, appearance, fonts, camera and microphone permissions, remembered for each site

A NEW START PAGE
· Pure white or pure black, with your search field and favorite sites
· An optional character-art background — fish, spaceships, or two people who meet and walk on hand in hand — drawn on your device with no network access

AN ASSISTANT BESIDE THE PAGE
· It has read the page before you open it
· Ask in your own language about a page in another, and the lines it found light up
· What is not on the page, it says is not on the page
· Say what you want done: export a PDF or a long screenshot, download an image, save a table, open and close tabs, put two pages side by side, write a note
· Answers can come as charts, tables and cards
· Bring your own key, or sign in with a subscription you already have. Lumo has no server; questions do not pass through us.

SPACES
· Each Space owns its tabs and pinned sites, color-coded and a swipe apart
· Pages you use stay alive; when the system needs memory back, tabs keep their address and scroll position
· Closing a tab or clearing a whole Space can be undone

PINNED SITES AND FOLDERS
· Everyday sites in a grid; the rest in folders within folders, arranged by dragging
· Rename any of them

WEB EXTENSIONS
· Compatible Web Extensions from extension stores or files you have; pin three to the toolbar. Browsing the store is free; installing needs Lumo Pro.

AD AND TRACKER BLOCKING
· Engine-level rules stop requests before they download — faster, lighter pages
· Third-party requests only, so sign-ins keep working; one switch, or allow a single site

NOTES, TRANSLATION, PASSWORDS
· A notes panel beside the page, synced to your other devices
· Select text to translate it; in a text field, replace the original
· Passwords in the system's secure storage, filled after you unlock; backups encrypted with a passphrase only you know
