FAST WORKOUT LOGGING – Log reps and weight for every set, and add drop sets with a swipe – Rest timer, personal records and your recent performance for each exercise – Follow your workout on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and pause, resume or skip a rest from there – Keep logging offline: everything syncs on its own when you're back online – Exercise videos show you proper form

LYFE PRO Lyfe needs a Lyfe Pro subscription after onboarding. It includes AI program generations, AI calorie estimates, unlimited workout videos, macro and micro tracking, Apple Health scores, your full workout history, achievement badges and Workout Wrapped.
SUBSCRIPTION AND TRIAL Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Prices vary by region.
