LyFeOS: Work & Home Journal

Two minutes each evening. Write or speak a few words about your work and your life, take a 40-second breath, and each Sunday see the patterns your own words reveal.

LyFeOS is built for people whose work asks a lot of them: doctors, founders and leaders. Most journals ask for pages of writing, or turn into a chatty pen-pal. LyFeOS does neither. It keeps the few insights that change your direction and lets the everyday noise go.

THE EVENING RITUAL
• Two short reflections, one for work and one for your personal life.
• Pick the feeling that fits each side of the day: Focused, Drained, Peaceful, Worried and more. No feeling is marked good or bad.
• Speak instead of typing: tap the microphone and your words become text.
• After you save, see the faces of your week at a glance. No streaks to keep.
• After a hard day, you may see a reality check from your own past: a worry that once felt as heavy, and how it actually turned out.

MORNING COMPASS
• Begin the day with your intentions and a reality check drawn from your own entries.

WEEKLY INTENTIONS
• Say what matters this week in your own words. Intentions are quiet directions, not a to-do list. Each one moves from Held, to In motion, to Honoured.

40-SECOND GROUNDING BREATH
• A guided breath, two inhales and one long exhale, with sound and gentle haptics.
• Start it from the Home Screen widget without unlocking your journal, even with no connection.

LIFE INTELLIGENCE
• Weekly report: each Sunday, a short look at your week. Each pattern is shown with the days behind it, and your work and personal life sit side by side (Dual-Track Fulfillment). You draw the conclusions.
• Telescope: a 30-Day Diagnostic after your first month, then a review each quarter and a Year in Review, showing the loops you closed and the worries your own record disproved.
• Timeline and Search: browse every day you have written, or search all of them by word or by meaning.

THE VAULT
• A private home for the principles and lessons you want to keep. Pin your core philosophies and browse by topic. It has no search, by design: you visit it with intention.

REMINDERS ON YOUR TERMS
• Morning Compass and Evening Pause reminders at times you choose, plus a Sunday Reflection. Turn them off at any time.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Your reflections, transcripts and Vault entries are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
• The app locks with Face ID or your PIN.
• No ads, no tracking, and your data is never sold.
• Reports, AI search and dictation use trusted AI and speech services, only after you allow it in the app.
• Delete your account and everything in it from Settings, at any time.
