Experience the personal attention of 1-on-1 training with the energy of a group. At M2, our 6-on-1 model delivers expert coaching, proven strength programming, and a community that keeps you accountable. Get stronger, move better, and train with purpose.

M2 isn’t just another gym. It’s a strength-training experience built for people who want high level coaching in a dynamic environment.

We’ve reimagined what training should feel like: expert programming, professional coaches, and a consistent training group that becomes your team.

Why M2?

+ 6-on-1 Semi-Private Model – Every session feels like personal training, but with the energy of a group.

+ Set Training Groups – You’ll train alongside the same group of members each week for accountability, consistency, and community.

+ Expert Coaches – Our staff are professionals, not part-time instructors. They guide every rep, adjust every movement, and tailor training to you.

+ Strength-Focused Training – No fads, no gimmicks. Just proven programming designed to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more capable.

+ Premium Environment – Purpose-built facility with top-tier equipment, intentional design, and a clean, welcoming space you’ll actually look forward to being in.

Perfect For:

- Busy professionals who want results without wasted time.

- People looking for accountability and structure beyond group fitness.

- Anyone who values coaching, consistency, and community.

How It Works:

1. Book a Consultation – Meet with a coach to talk through your goals.

2. Get Matched With a Group – We’ll place you in a training pod that fits your schedule and goals.

3. Train Together, Get Stronger – Show up, put in the work, and see the results.

Strength is a Standard.

M2 is where serious training meets a supportive community.
