Mabiaati Captain

Mabiaati Captain is the waiter app for restaurants and cafés that run the Mabiaati point-of-sale system. Take the order at the table and it is on the till and printing in the kitchen a moment later.

EVERY TABLE AT A GLANCE
Your floors and tables exactly as they are set up on the till. Busy tables show their running total, how long the guests have been seated and how many items they have ordered. When another waiter opens a table, or the cashier closes one, every phone and tablet updates within a second.

ORDER AT THE TABLE
Tap dishes from the menu, with pictures and prices straight from the till. Search, filter by category, set quantities, and add kitchen notes like "no onion" or "spicy" with one tap. Dishes sold by weight ask for the weight. Sold-out items are marked, so you never promise what the kitchen cannot make.

STRAIGHT TO THE KITCHEN
Send the order and the till adds it to the table and prints the kitchen ticket on the right printer, with your name and the table number. Add a second round later and only the new dishes are printed. If the till is briefly offline, the order waits safely and prints the moment it is back.

THE BILL WHEN THEY ASK
Print the table's bill on the receipt printer without walking to the counter. The cashier closes the table as usual.

MADE FOR THE FLOOR
Each waiter signs in with their own name and PIN from the till. Works on iPhone and iPad, with the menu and the order side by side on a tablet. English, Arabic and Kurdish Sorani with full right-to-left layout, light and dark.

TRY IT FIRST
Tap "Try a demo restaurant" on the first screen to use the whole app with a sample café. No till and no internet needed.

REQUIRES A MABIAATI POINT-OF-SALE SYSTEM
This app takes orders for an existing Mabiaati installation. It is not a standalone point of sale.
