Macao Weather

"Macao Weather" is the official mobile application of the Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (DSMG). It provides Macao citizens and tourists with the most timely, rich, and comprehensive meteorological information. The app integrates extensive meteorological services into five core pages: "Weather," "Monitor," "Forecast," "Warnings," and "News." By introducing interactive GIS maps and charts, it delivers weather services that are more intuitive, clear, and relevant to daily life.

The all-new "Macao Weather" app features a redesigned layout and categorization of various meteorological services. The presentation methods and options for various products have been optimized. New features and products include real-time weather based on smart location positioning, real-time apparent temperature information, and “All-sky image” products. Additionally, multiple new desktop widgets have been added, allowing you to easily access information without opening the app. The app also features a dedicated page for consolidating various weather warnings and alerts, as well as a specialized Zhuhai-Macao weather warning page to safeguard cross-border travel. These features help you understand the latest weather news at a glance, providing a more convenient, considerate, and diversified meteorological service experience.

· Home - Weather: Based on smart positioning or the selected weather station, this page provides real-time weather and related data. It offers more lifestyle-oriented meteorological products, such as real-time "feels like" temperature information, combined with a weather overview, a 7-day weather forecast and outlook, and prominent special alerts and warnings, helping you fully understand current and future weather conditions.
· Monitoring Page: Combining data from monitoring stations across various districts, weather radar, meteorological satellites, weather photos, tide monitoring, earthquake monitoring, and the newly added all-sky images, this page helps you dynamically master weather changes.
· Forecast Page: Includes various forecast products such as automated hourly weather forecasts, weather forecast charts, marine weather forecasts, and sunrise/sunset times, meeting user needs for different types of weather forecast information.
· Warning Page: This page centralizes the presentation of various weather warnings and alerts. It also features a dedicated Zhuhai-Macao weather warning section, allowing you to understand the latest weather warning information for both places at a glance, making cross-border life and travel safer.
· News Page: Provides the Bureau's latest news, special push notifications, event promotions, and popular science information. This allows the public to stay informed about the Meteorological Bureau's latest developments and significant weather changes, while continuously enhancing public meteorological knowledge and disaster prevention awareness.
