About our programs:

Our digital treatments use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to provide relief for people with chronic health conditions. The mind and the body are connected: how we feel physically and how we feel emotionally can affect each other. CBT can help to build a healthier mind-body relationship. Designed by clinical experts, the program shows how patterns in the way we think, feel, and act can worsen symptoms. More importantly, you’ll learn skills for starting healthy new routines that can decrease symptom severity and increase overall well-being.

During the self-guided programs, you’ll complete short interactive lessons (it takes just 10 minutes per day) in a variety of key areas related to your condition. As you progress through personalized lessons, you’ll also unlock powerful tools and relaxation resources. These will help you track habits, set personal goals, manage stress and symptoms, and stay motivated during the program and beyond.
