Daca la urmatoarea iesire in oras vrei sa incerci tot ce este mai bun din bucataria arabeasca, iti spunem doar atat: vino la Maher, ai de unde alege! Veţi fi uimiţi de ospitalitatea care, de altfel, face parte din cultura acestui popor, de feluri renumite de mancare.
Te invitam intr-o minunata calatorie culinara traditionala libaneza, cu mancaruri delicioase din carne de vita, miel si pui, celebrele mezze : tabule, babaganoush, falafel, labneh, moutabal, hummus,…, o colectie de mancaruri autentice servite in portii mici, un amestec incredibil de gusturi si texturi: cuscus, naut, menta, carne de oaie, vinete, carne de pui, carne de vita si o gama fantastica de ierburi picante, renumitele dulciuri arabesti (baclavale, cataif, nabulsia,…), ayran, limonade….
Nu poti decat sa admiri frumoasa prezentare a produselor in vitrina, specifica restaurantelor libaneze, atmosfera intima si placuta din restaurant, mirosul de cafea cu cardamom…, si sa te rasfeti cu preparatele celor doi tineri chefi: Muffy si Mohamed.
