108 Muni Kshamasagar Ji, the disciple of Acharya Shri Vidhyasagar Ji Maharaj, is among one of the most respected Jain Munis. Muni Kshamasagar ji, an M.Tech. from the Sagar University, renounced all the worldly pleasures and material belongings to become an ascetic at the tender age of 23 to tread on the path of peace and salvation as propagated by his Guru Acharya Shri Vidhyasagar ji Maharaj.

Maitree Samooh is a group of compassionate friends. It is a federation of Jain Association to Integrate Noble Activities (Jaina).Maitree Samooh has been trying to make Munishree’s preachings available to the readers in a more convenient manner. Truth about Traditions is aimed at succinctly bringing out the scientific reasons behind various religious practices. Young generation is always inquisitive, and rightly so, to know the relevance of religious practices like Devdarshan, Jin Poojan, Abhishek, etc. This section makes an attempt to present the logic behind these traditions in modern context.
