Makeup Shelf: Project Pan

Turn your makeup and skincare collection into measurable progress.

Every product you own has a finish line. Makeup Shelf helps you reach it. Log each use, watch products visually fill toward "hit pan", celebrate every empty, and finally get value out of the beauty collection you already paid for.

WHY MAKEUP SHELF
- See real pan progress on every product, not just inventory
- Batch-log entire routines in one tap
- Save real money by finishing what you own before buying new
- Track cost-per-use on every lipstick, serum, and palette
- Earn badges and climb the pan leaderboard with friends

THE CORE LOOP
- Add a product (scan or manual)
- Use it, then tap to log
- Watch the pan-progress card fill
- Hit pan, celebrate, repeat

ROUTINES THAT LOG THEMSELVES
- Build a morning skincare or evening makeup routine once
- One tap logs every product in it
- Stop forgetting which steps you actually did

PAN DIARY
- Every empty becomes a memory with a photo and verdict
- Scroll a chronological timeline of finished products
- Decide "would I repurchase?" on every pan

INSIGHTS THAT MATTER
- Cost-per-use on every product
- Money saved by panning instead of buying new
- Brand frequency, category breakdown, streaks

SOCIAL
- Friend leaderboard for total pans
- Browse a friend's profile and see their shelf
- Share your finished-product cards

Stop hoarding pretty packaging. Start finishing what you have. Hit pan.
