Si estás embarazada, entrenaremos de manera segura y saludable tanto para ti como para tu bebé, sin ganar excesivo peso, previniendo o incluso mejorando dolores de espalda, previniendo una diástasis abdominal excesiva o incontinencia urinaria, prepararemos al cuerpo pero también trabajaremos con herramientas de gestión emocional para el parto.
Si ya has sido mamá y estás en postparto, trabajaremos para recuperar de nuevo la funcionalidad del abdomen y del suelo pélvico. Mejoraremos la fuerza, la postura, la respiración y si es necesario perder peso para que te sientas bien por dentro y por fuera.
