Mantra は、集中を奪うアプリを「開けなくする」のではなく、開く前にひと呼吸おくためのアプリです。ロックしたアプリを開くには、自分で決めた長い「誓いの言葉」を全文タイプします。その数十秒の手間が、無意識に伸びる指を止めてくれます。
― 使い方 ―
1. ロックしたいアプリを選ぶ
2. ブラウザで開きたくないサイトを登録する（任意）
3. 自分に効く「誓いの言葉」を書く（最低50文字）
4. ロックを有効にする
選んだアプリはシールドされ、開くには Mantra で誓いの言葉をそのまま入力します。一致すると一定時間だけ開けて、その後ふたたびロックされます。

・誓いの言葉は、解錠キーであると同時にブロック画面に映る“戒め”にもなります
・コピペ不可。毎回ちゃんと自分の手で打ち込みます
・アプリだけでなく、ブラウザで見るサイトもブロック。Safari でも Chrome でも有効です
・動画ページのURLを貼り付けても、自動で「サイト全体」に変換して登録するので取りこぼしません
・常時／タイマー／スケジュールの3つのロック方式
・ロックを OFF にするときも誓いの言葉が必要（衝動的な解除を防ぐ弱体化防止ゲート）
・iOS のスクリーンタイム（Family Controls）を利用
