For parents and students
One account for all your children. Open the app and you see each child's teachers; open a teacher and you see attendance, marks, homework, fees and that teacher's announcements — in his own colours, so five teachers never blur into one list.
A student can sign in too and read his own record: his attendance, his marks, his homework. Read-only — he changes nothing.
For teachers
Your own platform, not someone else's.
• Take the register for a whole group in a couple of taps, with no connection needed — it sends itself when the signal comes back.
• Enter an exam's marks for a whole group from one screen.
• Marks stay yours until you publish them. A student sees his result when you release it, never before, and never a class ranking.
• Track fees by month: who has paid, who is overdue, and whose month has not come round yet.
• Send an announcement to a level, a group, or one family.
• Add an assistant and give him exactly the permissions you choose — taking the register is not the same trust as handling money.
• Reminders on your own phone for your groups, built from your own timetable.
• Export any roster or record to Excel or PDF whenever you want.
Built for how tutoring actually works here
Arabic and English throughout, fully right-to-left, Western digits in both. School years from primary 1 to secondary 12, named the way people say them. Fee months ordered by your academic year, not by January.
About your data
The app holds one academic year. At year end, attendance, marks, homework and fees are archived and then permanently deleted. A parent can request account deletion at any time from the deletion page.
