For example, with your MarsWear Knee Sleeves you can track your knee joint movements, see your lower leg muscle contractions (quads, hamstrings, calves, and shins), and go through your exercises, including squats, calf raises, forward lunges and others focused on lower body. A guiding video shows you the movements during each repetition. You can see your progress in completing repetitions of your exercise, track the range of movements during different exercises and see muscle contractions, and after completion of a set of exercises move to the next exercise in your plan. At the end of each session, after all your exercises are finished, you will see a summary of your activity, repetitions, and range of movements in that session and receive experience points, without the need to keep track of your exercises.
