[iOS Subscription (App Store Payment) Notice]
- All prices for passes to MASTRO include VAT.
- Weekly Subscription: $7.99 3Months Subscription: $39.99 / Annual Subscription: $49.99
- iOS subscriptions (App Store payments) are charged through the payment method registered with your Apple App Store iTunes account.
- The charge includes Apple's fee and may change according to Apple's country-specific pricing policy. Please verify the actual charge amount on the Apple payment screen.
- If your subscription is not reflected after logging in, you can restore your subscription through My Page > Subscription History Restore in the MASTRO app.
- If subscription history restoration is continuously not reflected, please check your iTunes subscription and payment history.
- Payment cancellation and charge verification can only be done through Apple.
- iOS subscription policy auto-renews according to Apple's policy, and if not canceled within 24 hours before the end of the subscription, it may auto-renew.
- Cancelling auto-renewal within (up to) 24 hours before the scheduled auto-renewal date will still result in payment on the due date.
- App Store payments are processed monthly on the same date as the original purchase date.
- There may be some discrepancies between the purchase/expiry dates of subscription passes and the timing of automatic renewals as reflected in the App Store, depending on when Apple confirms.
- iOS subscriptions can be canceled (subscription discontinued) in iTunes under Account Settings > Subscriptions or in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Even after you cancel a subscription product in iTunes or iOS settings, you can still use the service for the remaining period, and it will terminate automatically after that
