Matcha Coach: Video Recipes

Brew matcha drinks at home with step-by-step video recipes and smart parameters you can tune to your taste.

Matcha Coach is for anyone who wants to make matcha at home without a barista course. Pick a drink, follow the timed video instructions, and rate the result to find your perfect cup.

EVERY STEP ON VIDEO
Every recipe comes with a step-by-step guide and short videos: how to sift, how to whisk, what to add and when. No guesswork, no second tab open — it's all in one place. The app tells you up front what you need and how much.

BUILD YOUR OWN RECIPE THAT'S ALWAYS RIGHT
Pick a ready preset or create your own unique drink. You control every parameter: matcha amount and grade, water temperature and volume, milk type, sweetener, flavor add-ins, and more. Smart parameters adjust so only valid combinations of ingredients and amounts are available — and if you want to push past the limits, you get a hint on how to do it better.

REMEMBER WHAT WORKED
Rate every brew on the taste dimensions that matter for that drink — sweetness, foam, intensity, texture, and so on. The journal saves every cup with photos and notes so a good result stays repeatable.
