Maya for Massage Therapists

Run your massage practice from one number.

Maya is an AI receptionist built for solo massage therapists. Your clients text your business number — Maya answers, books, confirms, and reschedules. You stay focused on the body work.

WHAT MAYA HANDLES FOR YOU

• AI text booking — clients text in plain English, Maya knows your services, hours, and pricing
• No-show defense — flaky or first-visit clients can optionally be asked for a refundable deposit before their slot locks in (optional)
• Reputation autopilot — after each session, Maya texts a 1–5 star ask; 4-5 stars deep-link to Google Reviews, lower scores route privately to you
• Packages & prepaid sessions — sell 5-packs or 10-packs, Maya auto-deducts a session when the client books (optional)
• Smart scheduling — respects your lunch break, leaves recovery time after intensive services, prefers to spread bookings instead of stack them
• Off-peak auto-fill — Mondays, Maya finds your chronically empty hour and texts your top loyal clients a discount offer
• Smart waitlist — clients can text to join; when someone cancels, Maya offers it to the best three matches
• Re-engagement — birthday wishes, gentle nudges for due clients, win-back texts for lapsed regulars
• SOAP notes with voice dictation and AI pattern recognition across past visits
• Auto client appointment confirmations and handles cancellations and rescheduling

WHAT YOU GET IN THE APP

• Live appointment calendar (day, week, month)
• Business at-a-glance: revenue, no-show rate, top clients, week-over-week trends
• Sunday digest email — your week summarized in one inbox tap
• Client roster with intake forms, history, and SOAP notes
• Public mini-site at yourname.mayamassage.ai for clients who'd rather book online
• One-line script to embed a "Book" button on your existing website
• Settings tuned for solo practitioners — not a watered-down salon app
