MebreCep uygulaması Mebre ile senkronize bir şekilde çalışır. İdarenin Mebre'ye girdiği veriler anında MebreCep'e ulaşır. MebreCep, dört farklı giriş seçeneğinden oluşur; veli, öğrenci idare ve öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Her giriş seçeneğinin ayrı ayrı özellikleri mevcut. Örneğin öğretmen ve idare; uygulama içerisinden sınırsız paylaşım yapabilir ve bu mesajlara öğrenci ve veliler geri yanıt veremez, öğretmen ve idare uygulama içerisinden akıllı tahtaları kapatabilir, kilitleyebilir veya kilidini açabilir, uygulama içerisinden yoklama alabilir, öğrencilerine aferin verebilirler ve bunların yanında daha nice özellikler sayesinde eğitim hayatında tam kontrol sağlarlar. Öğretmenlerin yanı sıra veli ve öğrenciler de uygulama içerisinden sınavlarına, ders etkinliklerine, yoklamalarına, ders programlarına ulaşabilirler ve bunların yanında diğer özellikler sayesinde de derslerini kolayca takip edip başarı merdivenlerini hızla çıkabilirler!
