The background sounds were created or recorded in live situations using an H4. There are a variety of background sounds for all. It may seem strange that I put some of these in here like "A Dryer" etc. I had a specific reason for this. Years ago, I realized that forest sounds and thunder storms created anxiety for many. Although nature sounds are included, there are specific sounds for city dwellers as well.
