Pill Lock uses Apple's Screen Time technology to lock distracting apps — social media, games, and more — until you confirm your dose. Mark it as taken and your apps unlock instantly.

- Block only the apps you pick, or everything except the few you keep
- "Remind me later" lifts the block for a few minutes, and it comes back on time
- You choose exactly what gets locked
