Mediform bietet eine einfache Möglichkeit Patienten digital aufzuklären und in Behandlungen einwilligen zu lassen. Patienten füllen die Bögen auf Ihrem eigenen Handy aus und präsentieren Ihnen dann einen QR-Code, in dem alle Angaben des Patienten enthalten sind. Alle Patientendaten werden ausschliesslich optisch durch den QR-Code übertragen, es werden keine Gesundheitsdaten über das Internet versendet. Die Dokumente werden in der Praxis auf einem Tablet signiert und als PDF/A Dateien gespeichert.
