Si la inactividad persiste, MEDIHELP envía en forma automática un mensaje de texto(SMS) a contactos que el usuario preseleccionó. De esta manera, manda una alerta de la situación, especificando la dirección en la que se encuentra, o una predefinida por el usuario, con el objetivo de que lo contacten y verifiquen su condición.
También cuenta con un Botón de Pánico, el cual envía inmediatamente un SMS predefinido, sin la necesidad de esperar el tiempo de inactividad.
