MediLogix

The MediLogix app provides account information, management of rental equipment and supplies, and a cloud-based asset tracking system for healthcare facilities. Order management allows facilities to place delivery, pickup, service, and transfer requests. Ella allows facilities to capture and track information about their owned assets such as beds, mattresses, and wheelchairs. It is important to note that the MediLogix app is a business-to-business app and is intended for MediLogix customers. The app requires an account to log in and is provided free of charge to MediLogix customers.



The account and management functions extend the capabilities of the MediLogix Portal to your mobile device to help you manage your rentals in the palm of your hand. MediLogix Ella provides asset tracking and task management to help healthcare facilities optimize equipment use, cut costs, and eliminate unnecessary rentals. Lifecycle management of assets allows the facility to make informed purchasing decisions and avoid wasted capital.



Users add assets by scanning a barcode affixed to the asset using the device's camera and providing a location and status along with other asset information. Any movement of the asset is tracked using the app to provide real-time information about an asset’s availability and whereabouts. Users can filter, sort, and search their asset list to locate equipment when it’s needed. Users can create a task for an asset and assign it to a user. Tasks provide a means of knowing when an asset needs maintenance or repair. All asset movement and tasks are tracked to provide a history of asset usage. The MediLogix app provides access to Ella, an asset management system exclusively for MediLogix customers. A MediLogix account is required for access.
