MEDICATION REMINDERS

• Create daily, weekly, monthly, or as-needed schedules.
• Include one or multiple medications in a reminder.
• Mark a dose taken or snooze directly from a notification.
• Review taken and missed reminders by date, and correct history when needed.
• Optionally enable Critical Alerts where available.
• Optionally send a generic missed-reminder text to a verified contact. Medication names and dosages are not included in that message.

PERSONAL HEALTH RECORDS

• Create separate profiles for people and pets.
• Save medications, dosage changes, instructions, notes, and photos.
• Track diagnoses, symptoms, procedures, and other medical events.
• Organize doctors, pharmacies, insurance information, images, and PDFs.
• Link related records and import selected contact details.
• Tap saved phone numbers and addresses to call or get directions.
• Archive records or recover supported items from Recently Deleted.

• Sync supported records across your devices through your private iCloud database.
• Export and import CSV backups, and share profile reports only when you choose.
• No MedTime account, advertising, profile sharing, or sale of personal information.

ACCESS

Start a free 30-day trial through the App Store. It does not renew and will not create an automatic charge. After the trial, existing records remain available to view and export, and you can continue marking or correcting dose history. Continue creating and editing other records with one permanent in-app purchase. Restore Purchase is included for eligible purchases.

MedTime is an organizational and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or clinical monitoring. Notifications, synchronization, and SMS delivery can be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on MedTime for urgent or time-critical care.
