meh: Human Coach

Hero’s Journey is a 12 week online program for teams. Every week you get two live workouts. They last 30 minutes each and are instructed by a certified personal trainer. Next up is a 15 minute group discussion. You also get pre-study videos to provide you with the theoretical background for mental exercises. Finally, your trainer prepares custom workouts that you can do in the app and on your own time. In order to facilitate a safe learning environment, your coach and teammates stay the same throughout the entire program.

We know that physical fitness is integral yet subservient to mental fitness, which itself is a prerequisite to the ultimate goal of discovering and achieving your purpose. Like a three legged stool, you cannot be truly content if one of these aspects is lacking.
