Each card presents a passage by its title or theme, and you recall its reference, then check yourself. Over time the layout of Scripture becomes second nature: you will know that the Parable of the Sower is in Matthew 13, and where to find the Beatitudes, the Ten Commandments, or the letters of Paul.
