Description
MeNome is a daily tool that helps you understand the real patterns behind nausea, bloating, abdominal discomfort, fatigue, stress reactivity, and the unpredictable swings that define gut–brain symptoms. It gives you a simple way to capture how you feel, see how your symptoms shift, and understand the connections your body makes over time. No guessing. No complicated tracking. Just a clear picture of what changes and why.

Daily Check-In
A single, fast check-in captures your core daily signals: nausea, bloating, abdominal pain, appetite, energy, sleep quality, stress, and emotional load. MeNome turns these entries into a steady record of your body’s rhythms without long questionnaires or clutter.

Pattern Recognition
MeNome identifies patterns across your days—stress-linked flares, sleep disruption effects, hormonal shifts, mealtime responses, and the difference between stable and sensitive periods. It organizes your data into plain-language summaries that show what tends to shape your good and bad days.

Symptom Trajectory
Instead of dense charts, MeNome builds a simple view of where you are heading: improving, steady, or drifting toward a flare. This trajectory updates as your entries accumulate. It is not diagnostic—just a clear, directional sense of how your body has been behaving over time.

The BellyScore
Your daily BellyScore condenses your symptom load, variability, and overall gut–brain stability into one number. It isn’t a medical score. It’s a clean, objective snapshot that helps you see your day in context without interpreting graphs or trends yourself.

Cycle-Aware Tracking (Optional)
If you choose to track menstrual cycles, MeNome aligns your symptom patterns with the phases of your cycle. It highlights timing, sensitivity shifts, and recurring premenstrual or luteal trends—quietly integrating hormonal context into your symptom map.

Stool and Food Capture (Optional)
You can log stool patterns with standard descriptions or through simple photos. MeNome classifies stool form using the Bristol Stool Chart and adds it to your pattern view. Food photos can be logged just as quickly. These optional inputs help you understand when meals or digestion are linked to symptom swings.

Trend Summaries
Weekly and monthly summaries highlight your most stable days, most sensitive periods, noticeable improvements, and recurring triggers. Each summary gives you the broader view—how your body behaved over time and what stood out.

A Clear, Calm Interface
MeNome is designed for users who live with cognitive load from symptoms. The interface is quiet, minimal, and easy to navigate. No clutter. No distractions. Just what you need, presented in a way that’s easy to process on good days and bad ones.

Your Data, Your Control
You choose what to track, what to hide, and what to export. Your data stays under your control. MeNome does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It helps you see your own information organized in a way that makes sense.

Who MeNome Helps
Anyone dealing with nausea, bloating, abdominal pain, digestion-linked fatigue, stress-reactive symptoms, hormonal fluctuations, or chronic gut discomfort. Whether you have a diagnosis or are still searching for answers, MeNome gives you visibility into your day-to-day reality.

What MeNome Offers
A stable record of your body’s signals. A way to see how they cluster. A clearer view of your own patterns—so you can understand yourself with more precision and navigate your symptoms with more confidence.

MeNome brings order to the daily experience your body has been trying to show you.
