Merus

Merus is strength training built on classical Pilates. Every workout pairs functional strength work with the principles Pilates does best: core connection, elongation, and control.

Every workout is created and taught by celebrity trainer Andrea Speir, a classically certified Pilates educator with more than two decades of teaching experience and a background in exercise science from Stanford. Named one of the top fitness instructors in the country by Women's Health, she has led workouts at studios and gyms all over the world.

Most workouts need nothing but you and a mat. Select plans add dumbbells or resistance bands, so you can train at home, in a hotel room, or anywhere in between.

Merus is Latin for pure. It's the standard every workout is held to: clean form, fundamental movement patterns, everything you need, nothing you don't.
