MEUS is a discovery platform built around 5 minute sessions focusing on your fitness and wellbeing. Each unique practice is fully guided by experts of multiple disciplines creating new ways to move, connect & reflect.
Designed to give you the greatest chance of lasting, positive change. We believe by moving, connecting & reflecting more often than not, you have a greater chance of succeeding in life, whatever that means to you.
MEUS content and features are only available to MEUS members. You can subscribe to a monthly MEUS membership right inside the app to unlock unlimited access to the entire MEUS library of sessions, playlists and guides.
After your free trial MEUS will charge the subscription fee displayed in the app to your Apple ID account on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments will continue unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of your free trial period will be forfeited upon payment. You can cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Removing the app doesn't automatically cancel the subscription.
