Micro Flex // driven by Metro is your link to Omaha’s transit services, working in tandem with Metro’s buses, ORBT, and MOBY. We’re a ridesharing service that’s smart, easy, and affordable.

With a few taps, book a ride in the app, and Micro Flex will pair you with the best transit options for your trip – whether that’s to a bus stop, a transit center, or a specific place. Your trip may be solo or with other riders along the way.

HOW IT WORKS:
- Easily discover and find your way around town with transit in the Omaha area!
- Book a ride by setting your pickup and drop-off spots, including anyone else who is riding with you.
- Once you book your trip, we’ll let you know about when the driver will get to you and where you should meet them.
- There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way! You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the app.
- If you’re paying with Umo, you’ll pay right away when you board the vehicle. If you’re paying with the Micro Flex app, your payment method will be charged when your trip is complete.

ACCESSIBLE:
Micro Flex // driven by Metro is wheelchair accessible! If you ride in a wheelchair, please click “Accessibility” in the app menu and submit the “Accessibility Request Form.” Our team will review your request and update your profile by the next business day. When you request a ride, you’ll be matched with a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

AFFORDABLE:
Rides are priced comparably to other transit services in the Omaha area. Your wallet will thank you!

SHARED:
We match people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of a public one.
