Most apps count calories or sets. MicroFlex counts active breaks. You choose how many you want each day: two, three or four. The app places them around your real working hours and nudges you when one comes up.
The movements you rack up are the reward. They are not the target.

Every exercise is described by 30 criteria: noise, visibility, sweat, equipment needed, body zone, joint impact.
· 9 are invisible on a video call.
· 21 clear an open-plan office: silent and discreet.
· 35 need nothing at all. The rest use your chair, your desk or a wall.
· 24 will not raise your temperature. 42 out of 46 involve no jumping and no impact.
You stay in your work clothes. You do not change. You do not explain yourself.

AN ENGINE THAT PICKS, NOT A LIST TO SCROLL

Tell it where you are (open plan, private office, home), what you are protecting (knees, lower back, shoulders, wrists, neck, hips, ankles) and what you have around you. Anything that does not fit is filtered out. What is left gets scored and composed into a session: never the same movement pattern twice, never more than two exercises on one body zone, gentlest first and hardest second.

Three intents, depending on the moment:
· I have been sitting. Circulation and decompression, two to four movements.
· I feel stiff. Mobility, three to five movements.
· I have a moment. Strength and energy, up to five movements over two rounds.

YOU LEARN THE MOVEMENT, NOT JUST THE COUNT

Every exercise comes with its form cues, the mistake everyone makes, and how a rep is counted. A drawn figure shows both positions, in light theme and in dark. Each one has an easier version and a harder one.

REMINDERS THAT KNOW WHEN TO STOP

Nudges follow your working hours. Never more than two extra nudges in a day. Snooze everything for an hour, and switch weekends off.

WHAT IS NOT IN HERE

No account. No ads. No tracking. Your data stays on your phone, and you can export it as CSV whenever you like.
Everything works offline: on the train, in a meeting, in the basement.

It is not an app that promises abs, weight loss or a different body. It is not medical advice: if pain settles in, go see a professional.
