Open the app, tap once to start logging, and add as much or as little detail as you have time for — the whole point is that logging never gets in the way of actually dealing with a migraine. Insights build automatically in the background: frequency, severity trends, triggers, and correlations with weather, sleep, and cycle phase, all computed on your device.
