Route2Bee – Mileage tracking for professionals visiting clients
Record drives automatically with smartphone GPS, review your trips and export mileage reports. No extra device or OBD adapter needed.
RECORD AND REVIEW Route2Bee detects drives in the background and records routes, addresses, distance and duration. Location access and background permissions are required. GPS reception and operating system settings can affect recording. Check that your trips are complete and regularly compare odometer readings with your vehicle.
ORGANIZE YOUR TRIPS Categorize business, personal and commuting trips. Add a purpose, business contact and notes. Manage multiple vehicles and companies. Review and finalize entries; a change log helps document edits. Meeting tax requirements depends on your records and circumstances, not on using an app alone.
EXPORT YOUR REPORTS Create PDF mileage reports, CSV files for spreadsheets, DATEV accounting batches or a PDF receipt to upload to Lexware Office. Available formats may depend on your country settings. Exports do not automatically connect to your bookkeeping account. Review reports before sharing them and retain the records you need.
SEE YOUR MILEAGE View recorded trips, distances and amounts calculated from your selected rates by period and company. These amounts are not a guaranteed tax refund. Route previews help you check recorded journeys.
YOUR DATA Trips are stored on your device first. When you are online, trip details and a simplified route (without time or speed values) are synchronized with your account on EU servers in Frankfurt. Individual GPS waypoints stay on your device. Data is encrypted in transit. You can export your data or delete your account. Account deletion also deletes your trips and change log, so export any records you need beforehand. See our privacy policy for details.
TRY 20 TRIPS FREE Start with 20 free trips in total, without a time limit. An account is required. Premium is required for further trips. Monthly and annual subscription options and current prices are shown in the App Store before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel them in your Apple subscription settings.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
