Before booking a session, you can review the provider’s profile in detail: their education, diplomas, certificates, therapeutic methods and areas of expertise, as well as a video introduction to better understand what therapy with them is like.

RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL SESSIONS WHEN NEEDED
You can reschedule or cancel a session an unlimited number of times — the only requirement is to do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time so the provider can also plan their schedule. If unexpected or critical circumstances arise, you can always discuss rescheduling directly with your provider.
