Hello, we’re Mindwalk Yoga - a UK-based online Yoga studio. We’d love you to prioritise your well-being from home or on the go with our 250+ on-demand practices and daily livestreams.

We offer diverse yoga styles and practices to suit every mood and ability, from flowing movement to deep relaxation to classes that reduce anxiety and stress. We have seated yoga classes for those who require or prefer a chair. We have classes from five minutes up to 95 minutes. Our class styles include Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Healing Sound Baths and Guided Meditations.

We will guide you with easy-to-follow language and show you how to make props to support your practice with household things like chairs, pillows, blankets and belts.

Yoga newbies are most welcome! We have classes for complete beginners with a range of tutorials. Yoga veteran? We have you covered with a diverse range of practices too.

Mindwalk Yoga is an accessible online yoga studio led by Black women. We are a social enterprise organised as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC). Our online studio is open to everyone. All identities and ethnicities are welcome. Yoga is proven to support mental health, yet, in the west, yoga is often exclusive, expensive and lacks safe, accessible spaces led by Black folk. We have created Mindwalk Yoga as an antidote to this reality.

OUR LIVESTREAM CLASSES
Livestream community classes are an opportunity to connect in an online group environment. Class styles vary from energetic movement to restful and specific classes to support mental health, like Yoga Therapy for Anxiety. It’s an opportunity to connect, chat and check in with each other. We always aim to meet you just as you are with everything being an option, and just showing up is enough.

VOD LIBRARY
Our Netflix-style VOD library has searchable classes tailored to whatever you need - support better sleep, reduce anxiety, exercise your body, and promote better mental health. Accessible 5 - 95 minute practices to suit your timeframe. All classes are available to save for offline watching.

To access all features and content you can subscribe to Mindwalk-Yoga on a monthly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.
