MindYoung offers short daily exercises for memory, attention and reasoning, with training built around your exercise performance.

Start with three guided reasoning challenges, choose your goals and daily practice time, and explore a suggested cognitive routine. This short introduction is not a scored IQ test or diagnostic assessment.

Practice nine skills: fluid reasoning, verbal, visual-spatial, working memory, processing speed, learning and recall, auditory, attention, and quantitative. Your profile shows a rating for each skill and a radar chart of your results within MindYoung.

HOW IT WORKS
Spot patterns, hold a sequence in memory, recall details or listen for a gap in a sound. Answer, read the explanation and follow your exercise ratings over time. Sessions are short enough to fit into your daily routine.

MEMBERSHIP
An active membership is required for training. New users can subscribe in the app to a weekly or annual auto-renewing membership. Both plans provide the same training access. The price and billing period are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings. Existing members can sign in to access their membership. Restore purchases is available in the app.
