MinuteONE: Transcribe Offline

Transcribe meetings, lectures, and interviews on your iPhone with no internet connection and no subscription. Your first 10 transcriptions are free. After that, one purchase unlocks MinuteONE for good.

Everything runs on the phone. MinuteONE uses Apple's on-device speech recognition and Apple Intelligence, so it works in Airplane Mode, in a building with no signal, or on a spare iPhone with no SIM card. There is no MinuteONE server, so your audio has nowhere to go and there is nothing for us to collect.

HOW IT WORKS
Tap record and the words appear on screen as people speak. When you stop, on-device AI writes a title, a short summary, action items with owners and deadlines, and the decisions that were made. Keep the transcript, export a report, or save the original audio file.

IMPORT AUDIO AND VIDEO
Already have a recording? Import audio from Files, or video from Files or Photos. MinuteONE pulls out the audio and transcribes it on the device.
Audio: M4A, MP3, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, CAF. Video: MP4, MOV, and other formats iOS can play.

TRANSCRIPTS YOU CAN READ
Transcripts come out as conversational turns with timestamps, with stutters and duplicated lines cleaned up. Play the recording back and the transcript highlights along with it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
MinuteONE has no accounts and no servers. Nothing you record is uploaded or used to train anything. The live transcript is hidden from the app switcher.
