The protractor stays locked to gravity through the iPhone motion sensor, so the photograph of the eye comes out leveled from 0 to 180 degrees automatically. On top of that photograph you mark the pupil center and the limbus with two taps, and the app draws the planned meridian over the patient's own anatomy.
WHAT IT DOES
Gravity-leveled 0 to 180 degree protractor over the live camera.
Shutter that blocks the capture while the device is tilted beyond tolerance.
Two-tap marking of pupil center and limbus, with landmark annotation over vessels or pigment.
Surgery mode: a single high-contrast screen for the operating room, with pinch zoom to check the implanted lens against the plan, 180 degree flip for the surgeon seated superiorly, and the screen kept awake.
Personal case log with target axis, incision axis, IOL model, keratometry and postoperative axis, including the deviation between planned and achieved.
Spreadsheet export of your cases.
YOUR DATA
Cases, photographs and annotations are stored only on this device. They are never sent, synced or copied to any server. There is no account and no sign-in: every feature works from the first launch.
IMPORTANT
This is a support tool. Always verify the level against a known reference and validate the marking with your clinical judgment. It does not replace approved marking methods or examination of the patient, and it is not a diagnostic device.
