MirrorCare

MirrorCare - Reflect. Reframe. Rebuild.

MirrorCare is a thoughtfully designed wellbeing hub that brings a daily mood tracker, reflective AI, structured tools, and moderated peer connection into one secure space.

Built through lived experience and grounded in emotional clarity, MirrorCare supports you in navigating thoughts, patterns, and life transitions - without pressure, labels, or judgement.

Inside MirrorCare:

Daily Mood Tracker
Rate your day from 0 to 10 on a colour-shifting dial and log your sleep in seconds, straight from Home. Add the emotions you felt, what you did, and a private note whenever you want to. Over time your check-ins become trend charts, a colour calendar and plain-language insights - which activities lift your mood, how sleep shapes your day, and how this week compares with last. Gentle streaks, an optional daily reminder and a shareable weekly summary (never your notes) help the habit stick. Optionally pre-fill last night's sleep from Apple Health.

AI Personal Companion
Engage in reflective conversation with an AI companion designed to support perspective, clarity, and steady insight. Conversations are private, grounded, and structured for real-world emotional resilience. From the Mood hub you can also ask for a warm reflection on your week.

Private Journaling
Capture your thoughts in a secure digital journal. Generate optional AI summaries to help you recognise themes, patterns, and growth over time.

Guided Wellbeing Modules
Access practical tools including grounding exercises, reflective reframing, loop recovery, grief navigation, and burnout support - designed for daily use, not theory.

Moderated Peer Support
Connect through private peer chats and focused support groups. Community guidelines are actively upheld through AI-assisted moderation and human oversight to maintain a respectful and stable environment.

Urgent Help
A calm screen with UK crisis and support lines, one tap away from every main screen. MirrorCare does not monitor you or contact anyone on your behalf.
