MissionFootball

MissionFootball is the official app of Mission Viejo High School Football — putting the entire Diablo program in your hand.

Built for players, coaches, and parents, this is your all-in-one platform for AI coaching, recruiting, film study, team communication, and program management.

YOUR PERSONAL AI COACH
From your first login, an AI coaching assistant walks you through personalized onboarding — learning your position, goals, and gear sizing. Then your AI Coach becomes a 24/7 resource for workouts, schedules, recruiting help, game prep, and more. Type or use voice input to speak naturally. Responses are tailored to your position, role, and development plan.

RECRUITING HUB
Build and manage your college recruiting profile directly in the app. Add target schools to your list, track communication with college coaches, and browse the full college directory to find programs that match your athletic and academic goals. The AI Coach helps you draft professional outreach emails that stand out. From first contact to commitment day, everything stays organized in one place.

STATS & STRENGTH TRACKING
View game and practice stats with season-long trends. The Strength Hub lets you log max lifts, track progression, view your complete lift history, and set personal records. Data-driven development designed specifically for football athletes.

FILM ROOM
Access game and practice film through Hudl integration. Review assignments, study opponents, and prepare like a college program. Coaches can import and share footage with the team. Combined with AI insights, the Film Room brings elite-level preparation to every player.

ENCRYPTED TEAM MESSAGING
A full-featured messaging system with end-to-end encryption keeps your team connected and conversations private. Send direct messages, create group chats for position groups or special teams units, and receive real-time push notifications so you never miss a critical update from coaching staff. Game plans and personal discussions stay secure.

CALENDAR & SCHEDULE
Complete season calendar with games, practices, meetings, and events. Tap any event for details, scouting reports, or practice plans.

PLAYBOOK & SCOUTING
Digital playbook access and opponent scouting reports with tendencies, key players, and strategic notes.

PARENT PORTAL
Dedicated space for parents to view schedules, announcements, and program info.

NIL RISK ASSESSMENT
Built-in risk assessment for name, image, and likeness opportunities. Stay compliant.

COMPLETE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Practice planning with period-by-period scripts, volunteer sign-ups and coordination, document scanning and secure storage, payment and dues tracking, compliance and clearance monitoring, tournament registration, and full team roster management — everything a modern high school football program needs to run efficiently, all in one app.

BUILT FOR THE DIABLO FAMILY
Program history, alumni connections, coaching staff bios, and sponsor recognition. Mission Football celebrates the traditions that define us.

SECURE BY DESIGN
We take security seriously. Zero-trust architecture with multiple layers:
• X25519 elliptic-curve Diffie-Hellman key exchange with ephemeral keys per chat session
• AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption on all messages — same standard as Signal
• Private keys stored in iOS Keychain via Secure Enclave, never transmitted
• Firebase App Check with DeviceCheck attestation — only real devices call our APIs
• OIDC Bearer token verification on every Cloud Function invocation
• Biometric auth via Face ID / Touch ID with hardware-backed credential storage
• Rate-limited AI endpoints with per-user audit logging
• Firestore security rules enforce role-based access at the document level
Your messages, your data, your privacy. NO exceptions.
