MitSano er en app, der har til formål at støtte og vejlede Sanos patienter før, under og efter deres rehabiliterings- og træningsforløb på ét af Sanos centre i Danmark.
Appen er et aktivt element af det samlede forløb og indeholder udover et træningsmodul og et modul der tilbyder kontakt og dialog med Sanos behandlere, også en række information og anbefalinger om motion, mindfulness, smerter, vægttab, stress, overskud i hverdagen, ernæring, rygestop samt generel velvære.
