• Earn yield through risk-tiered vault strategies for USDC and other supported assets. Yield accrues in the deposited asset and can be withdrawn. Rates vary and strategies involve risk.

• Book hotel stays with USDC on Travel, with support for cancellations and booking changes.

• Shop a curated catalog of physical goods on Store and pay directly with USDC. Mo manages the catalog and customer relationship, including returns and support.

• Collect Mo Points by maintaining an eligible balance, shopping on Store and Travel, and inviting others.

• Redeem Mo Points to lower Store or Travel checkout prices, offset bank withdrawal fees, or access Mo Plus.

EARN AND REWARDS STAY SEPARATE

Earn is Mo’s yield product. Supported assets are deposited into vault strategies organized by risk level. Yield accrues in the asset itself.

Mo Points are different. They are an in-app rewards balance, not cash or investment returns. Points cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

One Mo Point provides $0.01 of redemption value inside Mo.

Search and book hotel stays directly inside Mo. Pay in USDC and manage supported cancellations, guest changes, and rebooking from the same app.

SHOP WITH USDC

Store gives you a curated catalog of physical goods priced for purchase with USDC. Mo selects what is offered and provides customer support, while third-party suppliers fulfill orders.

Mo Plus is an optional fixed-term membership that increases Store and Travel points accrual and reduces eligible Mo integration fees.

The free tier already includes access to the core wallet, Earn, Store, and Travel.

A WALLET THAT WORKS ACROSS BORDERS

Mo is built for people who earn, save, or hold stablecoins and want to use them in everyday life - including international travel and cross-border shopping.

You do not need to connect a bank account to hold, send, receive, use Earn, or spend USDC inside Mo. A bank account is only needed when moving funds out through bank rails.

SECURITY AND TRUST

Fiat money movement is handled through a regulated banking partner. Bank-related services such as opening a virtual account or withdrawing to a bank may require identity verification.

Mo is not a bank or credit card. Mo does not offer credit, interest-based lending, or insured deposits.
