SCAN DOCUMENTS TO PDF
Capture single or multiple pages with live document edge tracking and automatic capture. Hints help you avoid shadows, glare, and a smudged lens. Crop, straighten, and clean up scans with filters such as White Paper, Remove Shadows, and Auto Adjust for photos.

RECOGNIZE AND EDIT TEXT
Turn printed text in your scans into editable content with on-device text recognition (OCR). Correct words, change fonts, sizes, and colors, and move or remove recognized page elements. You can also edit existing text in supported PDF pages. Select, move, or erase several items at once, and edit tables: lines, line weight, rows, and columns. Rebuild document turns a page into a clean, freshly typed document with joined paragraphs and one font.

COMBINE THE PAGES YOU NEED
Bring scans, photos, and selected pages from existing PDFs together in one document. Choose your page order or split a PDF into individual pages. Reduce PDF size to make large files easier to send.

ADD YOUR SIGNATURE
Draw and save your signature, then place, resize, and rotate it on a page. For certificate signing, use a compatible certificate key file to digitally sign a PDF and inspect signature details.

KEEP DOCUMENTS ORGANIZED
Create folders and subfolders, rename files, and sort your documents. Restore accidentally deleted items while they remain in Trash.

SYNC WITH ICLOUD
Enable optional iCloud sync to keep your scans and documents up to date across your devices.

SHARE AND PRINT
Share documents as PDF, Word (DOCX), or PowerPoint (PPTX) files through email, messaging apps, or the iOS share sheet. Save them to Files, print a whole document or a single page, or save pages to Photos.

Text recognition results depend on document quality and language support. Direct PDF text editing and certificate signing require compatible files.
