The My Water mobile application will give you instant and secure access to your electronic customer account at your water service supplier. You can get, for example, an overview of your contract, cash advances and issued invoices, water consumption or water meter readings. You can also pay cash advances and invoices online in the application. You can also make an appointment at the customer center according to your time schedule.

Requirement for the application usage is to have an internet customer account, if you do not have one, you can register either directly in the application or on the website of your water service supplier.

For more convenient usage, it is possible to use biometric login in the application.
