No one — not even the best care team — has time to read every page of a complex medical record. Moku works through it and turns what it reads into clear next steps to discuss with your doctor.
Most health AI waits for your questions — but you can't ask about what you don't know. Moku goes through the problems in your records and surfaces what you didn't know to look for — for people managing complex conditions, and the family caregivers holding it all together.
WHAT MOKU DOES
• Connect your patient portal (Epic and many other US health systems) or upload documents and photos — most languages, most providers, most common file types
• See your health history in one clear timeline: labs, imaging, procedures, visits, and medications
• Get a plain-language summary of each health problem Moku reads, grounded in your own records, with sources you can check and share with your doctor
• Learn which topics national guidelines suggest bringing up with your doctor
• Ask questions and get answers based on your records — in English, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, or Hindi
YOUR DATA, PROTECTED
We treat your records the way we'd want our own treated: encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, never used for advertising. Read our privacy policy at https://mokuhealth.ai/privacy.
FREE AND PAID
Moku is free to use. A free account gets a monthly usage allowance, and connecting your records costs nothing. Free and Pro accounts each have limits on how much Moku reads; the app always shows you what is in your review and what is not.
• Moku Pro — $19.99 per month, auto-renewable. Five times the monthly allowance of a free account, more room for scanned documents, and a fresh check every month of each health system you choose to keep connected.
• There is no free trial. The free plan needs no purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it; cancel anytime in your App Store account settings and keep access through the end of the billing period.
